Mid Coast Medical Group is seeking a full time BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join an established Gastroenterology practice with two Physicians and two Nurse Practitioners. The current physicians perform at the MGMA 80th percentile for productivity and compensation. The Nurse Practitioners are available for inpatient consults. This position includes outpatient and operative work, conveniently located adjacent to Mid Coast Hospital and the state-of-the-art Digestive Health Center, with multiple procedure rooms for each provider. New graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Position Summary

The Attending Physician will provide high quality medical care by examining patients and determining the appropriate treatment plans for illness or injuries. Conducts examinations, assesses and evaluates symptoms, determines conditions, and prescribes medical treatment or services. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education: Medical Degree (MD,DO)

License/Certifications: Current License in the State of Maine

Experience: Medical residency training

Fellowship training to specialty (if applicable)
