MaineHealth Cardiology is seeking a full-time clinical cardiologist (non-interventional) for their practice based in Augusta,ME.  Selected candidates will join a growing team of over 70 cardiologists who provide inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care to patients across the MaineHealth system.

MaineHealth Cardiology is a growing practice, with office locations in Augusta, Farmington, Norway, Waterville, Lewiston, Rockport, Belfast, Brunswick, Biddeford, North Conway (N.H.), Scarborough, and a nationally recognized inpatient cardiovascular service line at Maine Medical Center, which serves as the hub for the extended MaineHealth network.  Maine Medical Partners-MaineHealth Cardiology provides patients across the state with the highest quality cardiac care, working closely with other regional hospitals to build a coordinated network of cardiology services.

This integrated practice includes Maine General Health, Maine’s third largest health care system.  The Alfond Center for Health, MaineGeneral Medical Center’s state-of-the art, 192-bed regional hospital, has a cardiac catheterization lab and full on site imaging, including echocardiography and nuclear testing.  The Augusta/Waterville practice consists of 9 cardiologists and 3 advanced practice providers.

Augusta, Maine’s Capital, is located an hour north of Portland and is a short drive from ski resorts, lakes and rivers, award-winning golf courses, abundant hiking trails, and the beautiful Maine coast.
