  • INTERVENTIONAL PAIN PHYSICIAN

    Southern Maine Health Care is seeking a full-time Interventional Pain Physician for their busy outpatient clinic located in Kennebunk and Sanford, Maine.

    The ideal candidate will be an MD or DO with specialty training in Anesthesia or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.   Fellowship training in Interventional Pain encouraged.   General Clinic Expectations consist of and are not limited to providing consultation services to Southern Maine Health Care Pain Management; provide interventional pain services two days per week including epidural steroids, medical branch blocks, joint injections, radiofrequency ablations, and nerve blocks; Collaborate with other practice/department Physician and APPs to ensure appropriate clinical care of all patients within the practice/department.

    Services at Southern Maine Healthcare is provided by two interventional pain anesthesiologists and three APPs.    Regionally, the pain management clinic is associated with the Neuroscience Service Line and 10 Neurosurgeons, 2 Orthopedic Spine Surgeons, 9 Physiatrists and 4 Interventional Pain Anesthesiologists.
