    Located on the picturesque Maine coastline, Waldo County General Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join its expanding medical staff. Work in a collaborative office alongside three Physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers caring for the coastal community.

    The ideal candidate will be a team player working collaboratively with support staff and other providers in the Primary Care office across the street from the main hospital. This practice is a busy office which has Walk in Care integrated into the space to allow access for patients who need to be seen same day. This position includes a call rotation with 22 other providers.

    Waldo County General Hospital: A member of the MaineHealth system, Waldo County General Hospital (WCGH) is a 25 bed critical access full-service community hospital located directly on beautiful Penobscot Bay in Belfast, Maine. We offer inpatient and outpatient care to the coastal communities of Maine with Hospitalist Services, diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative services, patient and community education, and a full-range of specialty services through the Emergency Department, and the Surgical Services Department. Our medical staff also serves our rural communities as well with four rural health centers, which increases access to primary care in our area.
