Livermore Falls Family Practice, a department of Franklin Memorial Hospital, is currently seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our exceptional team of providers in Livermore Falls, Maine.  The successful candidate will join our current highly-skilled medical staff team of one Physician, two Nurse Practitioners and one Physician Assistant.  Other specialty services on site include skin Services, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology, Pulmonology and Behavioral Health. Franklin is currently developing a new model of physicians being paired with an advanced practice provider.  Franklin’s Family Practice services include physical exams, women’s health exams, sick visits, well-child visits, school and sports physicals and management of chronic health conditions.  Blood work and lab services are on site, and inpatient care is at Franklin Memorial Hospital.  The practice includes a skilled licensed clinical social worker to help facilitate behavioral health needs for their patients, allowing the entire health care team to work collaboratively to meet the needs of patients in the community.

This position offers teaching opportunities of medical students, as Franklin Memorial Hospital, a member of MaineHealth, is one of the teaching sites for the Maine Medical Center – Tufts University Medical School program.
