Focus on population health, one patient at a time.

Memorial Hospital, located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire, is currently seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner to join its growing Mount Washington Valley Rural Health Primary Care practice.

Recognized as a NCQA Patient Centered Home, MWV Rural Health Primary Care practice follows a team-based care model with integrated subspecialties, and is supported by a friendly & collaborative care team. Recent office remodeling, expanded hours, and fully integrated Epic EMR fosters ongoing partnerships between patients and their personal clinicians. 

Desired competencies, skills, and experience:

  • Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program required; Master’s Degree level of education is preferred.
  • Must be licensed in the State of NH as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • BLS Certification required.
  • Prior experience in a physician office setting is preferred.
