Maine Coast Regional Director of Anesthesia
Located on the shores of Penobscot Bay, Waldo County General Hospital and Pen Bay Medical Center has an opportunity for an Anesthesiologist with leadership experience. This opportunity involves aligning quality metrics, scheduling, and OR utilization at two different hospitals 22 miles apart. The Individual must be able to work at both sites and participate in the call pool. The ideal candidate will have established clinical and operational management skills that can help align the two practice sites. Experience with CRNA supervision is strongly preferred.
Both hospitals utilizes the Epic EMR, which is fully integrated with all hospital departments, physician practices, and other hospitals within the MaineHealth family.
