Coastal Maine Walk in Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Per Diem


Located on the shore of Penobscot Bay, Waldo County General Hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative primary care team to provide care to patients. Join a supportive Primary Care team that is patient focused and flexible. This position requires a candidate to have a flexible schedule to help provide Primary Care coverage in a per diem capacity for the community, working extended weekday hours and weekends. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as an APP in either the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or Primary Care settings.  Our hospital utilizes the Epic EMR, which is fully integrated with all hospital departments, physician practices, and other hospitals within the MaineHealth family.
